Coffe shop marketing planner

Looking for a well established marketing professional that can work with vendors and create a plan for a coffee shop.The marketing personnel will compare local coffee shops in area, research on menu and suggest pricing strategy around the items.Working knowledge of coffee industry and machinery is a plus.Working with local chefs to curate the final menu is required. Documentation and power point expertise needed.
