Building a Startup at its Pre-seeding phase

We're looking for a Sales strategist with proven experience in strategic sales using organic methods. We don't want Lead generation, nor the Social media baseless drama, we purely seek results driven Sales strategist who's experienced in scaling Startups all the way from scratch until it's Seeded, and beyond. Excellent results could yield a full time role, and much more, only if scale-able. As we're starting all the way from scratch for one of our clients, we'd want the best of the best to engage with us on this, while not demanding too much (but as per market standards, while using free tools, rather than the heavy-weight lifting ones).
