I manage a booking system sold through a subscription model(gibbs.no). To enhance operations and improve efficiency, I am seeking a specialist who can help automate and optimize several key processes.

Current Setup:
CRM: HubSpot
Payments & Subscriptions: Stripe
Chatbot: Fastbots.ai integrated with OpenAI (exceptionally effective in Norwegian)

Requirements:
Newsletter Setup:

Assist in setting up newsletters (open to recommendations on platforms).
Lead Generation Automation:

Use OpenAI or similar tools to automate the process of finding leads online (web, social media, etc.).
Develop an email system to send messages that avoid spam filters.
AI for Customer Support:

Implement AI solutions to handle support emails:
Either respond directly.
Or draft replies for my approval.
Sales Automation:

Create or enhance an automated sales system.
Integrate tools for lead generation, email follow-ups, and AI-driven workflows.
