Australian Uni Fintech Marketing Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a comprehensive, actionable 12-month tactical marketing plan that will lift UniFi Hub’s brand profile among university administration teams across Australia and lay the groundwork for new B2B partnerships.
Scope of work
• Map the current competitive and regulatory landscape for fintech solutions in higher-education.
• Translate those insights into a positioning statement and clear value messages that speak directly to decision-makers in finance, procurement and student-services offices.
• Build a channel mix centred on Social Media (LinkedIn first, then Twitter/X) and long-form Content Marketing (white papers, case studies, short explainer videos and thought-leadership articles).
• Lay out a month-by-month calendar that details campaign themes, asset formats, suggested CTAs, indicative budget splits and KPIs for reach, engagement and share-of-voice.
• Recommend measurement tools and simple dashboards so I can track brand-awareness lift without a heavy MarTech stack.
Deliverables
1. Strategy deck (PowerPoint, Google Slides or Canva) summarising research findings, personas, messaging framework and channel rationale.
2. Excel or Google Sheets calendar showing 12 months of activity, content titles, publication dates, responsible party and success metrics.
3. Two sample content pieces—one LinkedIn post series outline and one 600-word thought-leadership blog draft—to illustrate tone and depth expected.
4. A one-page summary of quick wins I can execute in the first 30 days while the full plan rolls out.
Acceptance criteria
• Research sources cited and hyperlinked.
• KPIs are realistic for an emerging brand with modest spend.
• Plan stays tightly focused on university administrators; students and academic staff are treated only as secondary influencers.
• All files delivered in editable formats.
Timeline
A first draft within two weeks of award, with up to two rounds of revisions, and final hand-off no later than four weeks from project start.
If you have recent examples of B2B fintech or higher-education marketing work, feel free to mention them when you submit your proposal—seeing your thinking in action will help me choose quickly.
