Hiring Property Manager Expert for Airbnb Listings and Inquiries
We are looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to manage and optimize our Airbnb listings. In this role, you will be responsible for posting and updating property listings on Airbnb, ensuring that they are accurately presented and attract potential guests. You will also engage with inquiries from guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Post, update, and manage property listings on Airbnb
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests
Maintain a high level of communication with guests, ensuring a positive experience
Monitor guest reviews and feedback to improve service
Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and ensure properties are ready for guests
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience managing Airbnb listings and guest communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
A proactive approach to managing bookings and improving guest satisfaction

The Property Manager role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including posting new properties, guest communication, ensuring the properties are well-maintained, and managing bookings. While having an active Airbnb account is important, we’re also looking for candidates who have experience with property management, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries promptly. Experience with other booking platforms or hospitality management is a plus as well.
Salary:
* Full-time: Starting from £2,200 per month (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
* Part-time: Starting from £1,100 per month (4 hours/day, 5 days/week)
