Need People To Take Part Of My Affiliate Program

I'm looking to create a pay-per-sale affiliate program through Mfreelance. I won't be offering any bonuses or rewards to affiliates, but I will require tracking and monitoring to be done through standard tracking. This way I can make sure that my affiliates are providing the right results and are getting compensated for their efforts. I am hoping to get the best possible results from this program, and I'm confident that it will provide our partners with the best possible return on their investments. I'm also thinking in a 12% of each sale with a cost average of about 120 dollars per-service.
