Requirements:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing (experience in the education or tech industry is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with affiliate management platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Impact) and tracking tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and optimize performance.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing and scaling affiliate programs.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
Understanding of performance-based marketing models (CPC, CPA, CPL, etc.).
