Aesthetics Product Development Specialist - Private Labelling

As we are an established UK-based aesthetic beauty company with international operations, we now expanding into our own private label product line. We are seeking an experienced Brand Development / Private Label Specialist to help us build and launch a premium range of aesthetic beauty products, including dermal fillers, skin boosters, injectables, and skincare products.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working for major companies within the aesthetic beauty or skincare industry, and have full knowledge of private label development processes, supplier sourcing, product registration, and brand building.
Key requirements:
- Lead the development and launch of new private label aesthetic beauty products (dermal fillers, injectables, mesotherapy, skin boosters, skincare, etc.).
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with suitable private label manufacturers, suppliers, and OEM/ODM partners (preferably in Europe/Asia).
- Manage full product development process from concept to market launch, including packaging, formulation, certification, and regulatory compliance for EU and UK markets.
- Work closely with legal, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance and market readiness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide product recommendations and strategic direction.
- Develop brand identity, positioning, and collaborate with creative teams for packaging and marketing assets.
- Manage project timelines, supplier contracts, and budgets.
Ideal skills and experience:
-Minimum 5 years experience in aesthetic beauty or medical aesthetics industry.
-Proven track record in private label development or launching new brands.
-Familiarity with EU, UK, and global regulatory standards for aesthetic beauty and medical products.
-Established network with European manufacturers, OEM/ODM factories, and suppliers.
-Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
-Excellent understanding of branding, product positioning, and market trends.
-Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
