Advertisment Research Report (for professionals only!)

Hi,
Our company is looking for an advertising research expert for a new product we are about to launch, a product for a very targeted audience.
We need to find out where those people hang out on the web, what are the sites and social platforms they attend, and what is the best way to advertise to them. We want to know where to meet our audience in order tho serve them our product effectively. What advertise spot will serve us best.
Finally, we ask for a report and an estimate cost for each advertisement platform.
So, at the first stage we need a research paper with all the above data and costs.
