Administration of mobile app, and markiting

We need someone to be a part of our Norwegian company located in Oslo.
your responsibilities:

-administrate and do marketing.
-help to get sponsors.
-help to identify the errors and bugs and corporates with developers.
Its a plus if you can do some development too on app.

we work through contract and salary will be by percent monthly based on income of this project, so there is no any advance payment.
