Summary

We are looking for someone to create a preferred opt-in list of real estate developers, real estate investors, construction companies, home remodeling companies, and all real estate related businesses or individuals who all are seeking Funding and Financing for their real estate projects in Southern California or anywhere the United States!

This Job would be easy for you If you are already a Funnel Builder, can create Landing Pages/Websites, a Telemarketer, a Txt marketer, an Email marketer, a Social Media Marketer, a Lead Generator as your previous or current clients (those that paid you to generate leads/call leads) are most likely the people we are looking for -or- you already have these types of leads on your Data Sheets/CSV/XLS/Google Sheets that they gave you. If not, it's ok.

We will test your skills and then offer you a Full Time, Part Time, or Contract Position.

Pay Range: $10/hr - $30/hr + Weekly Bonuses and/or Pay Per Batch Of Leads.

Leads are preferred to be on Google Sheets.

Here are the questions we need from each lead you generate:

Acceptance criteria:

1. How much do they need?
2. What do they need funding for? (Construction, Fix&Flip Funding, Home Remodeling, ADU Build, etc)
3. When do they need the funds?
4. Name
5. Number
6. Email
