About This Role
As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for the clients whose accounts you manage and internal members of the agency (media buyers, production managers, agency owners, and others).
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, managing marketing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties to join our team as a Client Account Manager.
A highly organized self-starter who is excited to be a driving part of our agency’s growth, ensuring the successful delivery of work for our clients (independent medical practices).
A successful candidate should be a very strong negotiator able to stand up to clients that don’t fully understand how their demands may negatively impact their own performance and may not be in their own best interest. They should be driven to push work toward project completion by understanding the vision, the path, and what success looks like for all stakeholders, with an eye on all details.
You are free to complete your work from anywhere you choose. You will be providing your own computer & internet access so you can finish this work. The only requirements are a reliable internet connection, a distraction-free work environment, a computer, and a web camera. Although you may live and work anywhere you choose, you will be required to work during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm CST, M-F. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package and we want team members to grow into management roles rapidly.
