EA for Marketing Strategy & Social Media

I am a partner across several ventures including restaurant, real estate management, and executive training businesses. I am looking for an executive assistant who will primarily focus on marketing and business strategy, and eventually help me build and manage a team under my leadership. Incentives and bonuses will apply for exceptional performance.
The role will involve implementing and optimizing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as utilizing tools like Go High Level and WordPress. We’ll also place emphasis on content creation, SEO, and lead generation campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Your work will be critical in coordinating strategic initiatives, aligning with the company’s goals, and streamlining efforts to achieve success in a dynamic environment.
