Seeking Full-time Email Marketing Expert
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Hello, we are a nationwide marketing agency based in south Florida and we’re expanding our email marketing division for our clients. We are looking to add a full-time email marketing expert to our team to handle the email marketing campaigns for our clients.
Must be able to work 9am-5pm in the Eastern Time Zone on Monday - Fridays.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Expert who can handle end-to-end execution of B2C cold email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, verifying, and managing contact lists, setting up campaign infrastructure, launching and optimizing sends, and ensuring strong deliverability and compliance.
We’ll provide:
Email copy for each campaign
Target locations and audience details
Send volume goals for each campaign
You’ll be responsible for everything else — from list building and verification to campaign setup, management, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
Build and verify B2C email lists based on location and targeting criteria provided
Use appropriate tools (your own or recommended) for email verification and deliverability
Set up and manage cold email sending systems (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.)
Warm up domains and maintain sender reputation
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum deliverability and response rate
Track and report performance metrics (open rates, click rates, replies, etc.)
Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR standards
Recommend tools or services as needed — we’ll cover costs for approved platforms
Requirements
Proven experience running cold email campaigns at scale (especially B2C)
Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain warmup, and inbox placement
Access to or familiarity with email sending and list verification platforms
Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Fluent in English and professional communication skills
Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Mailreach, NeverBounce, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus
