Marketing Manager: Drive Showroom Footfall
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I run a small chain of three mobility-equipment showrooms in the UK and my core customers are seniors (65+) and their adult children. My single, overriding objective is to increase in-store foot traffic, then turn that traffic into loyal, long-term buyers.
I am looking for a seasoned marketing manager who can take full ownership of our strategy—from audit through execution—so I can stay focused on day-to-day operations. A proven track record with multi-location retail is essential; experience speaking to older demographics and their carers is a definite plus.
What I need you to do
• Conduct a quick but thorough audit of our current marketing touchpoints (local press, website, in-store collateral, community outreach, etc.)
• Build a 6-month, channel-agnostic plan whose primary KPI is showroom visits per week
• Implement and optimise the plan, coordinating any creatives, media buys, or local partnerships that are required
• Integrate tactical discount offers—we are open to seasonal promotions or limited-time bundles—as the first campaign lever
• Set up simple reporting dashboards so I can track footfall, conversion to sale, and lifetime value without drowning in data
Acceptance criteria
1. Strategy document with clear timelines, channel mix, and weekly footfall targets delivered within two weeks of project start.
2. First promotional campaign (discount-based) launched no later than week four.
3. Monthly report showing at least two actionable insights and next-step optimisations.
If you can back up your expertise with relevant case studies and are comfortable owning both the planning and the hands-on rollout, let’s talk.
