To prepare a compelling Business Presentation (Investor Deck) and run a targeted marketing and outreach campaign to attract eligible investors and resolution applicants under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of a real estate company.
Key Responsibilities Investment & Business Collateral Preparation
Analyze financials, land holdings, approvals, project status, and market potential.
Create a professional Business Deck covering:
Company snapshot and CIRP background
Asset profile (land, inventory, projects)
Regulatory approvals & legal status
Business potential and turnaround opportunity
Indicative cash flow/IRR (if available)
Prepare a separate Investment Pitch Deck for potential resolution applicants, with focus on:
Investment highlights
Asset monetization options
Exit scenarios and financial returns
Compliance with Section 29A eligibility filters
Work with the IRP and valuers to include validated data in decks.
Marketing & Investor Outreach
Create a targeted bidder outreach strategy:
Identify and engage with real estate developers, PE funds, ARCs, NBFCs, and infra investors.
Use channels such as email campaigns, investor databases, LinkedIn, and virtual roadshows.
Coordinate with IRP for Expression of Interest (EOI) publication and information memorandum distribution.
Assist potential bidders with queries and virtual data room access (under NDA).
Track and report investor engagement status to the IRP / CoC.
