Grow Membership: Drive real, active members (not fake/bots) who are interested in trading, investing, and financial markets.

Community Engagement: Help set up engagement strategies (events, giveaways, challenges, Q&As, collabs) that keep members active.

Marketing & Outreach: Promote the server through social media, partnerships, organic campaigns, and possibly paid ads (if ROI is clear).

Optimization: Audit my current Discord setup (roles, channels, permissions, onboarding flow, bots) and suggest improvements to boost retention.
