VA - Direct response marketing strategy for start up in dental space

Creating an outstanding experience for my clients, so they feel connected and well served. For me it's all about the relationship being built, creating clients for the long game. Building a relationship of trust and tribe. I intend to create the largest membership portal in Australia for dental professionals to find their ideal day as individuals and as businesses. Matching workers to roles and building in resources to support them. Constant testing and measuring, collecting data and improving and innovating in order to improve value and experience. Ultimately building a platform for multiple groups to hang out, creating automations and landing pages. The entire journey is seamless, connected, responsive and and quality.
I am looking for a person who reflects my values and we can work together for the long game. As success grows, we grow together, our working relationship will be a reflection of what I provide for my clients. We must be a good match!

This is a very niched space and the right person will gain from learning the unique language and drivers of this profession. Oral health professionals, once trust has been won are loyal and giving and word of mouth is strong, therefore this may suit someone who is keen to work with a specific niche.....or not?
