Meta description is needed , I am told but other than this can you help me understand the process or a better alternative , with finding my competitors and piggy back off of them , building links, and analysing their back end profiles to help my ratings which should be somewhere between diastasis, postnatal recovery of course but where it counts is the point where gp referrals point to physiotherapists, for diastasis.
