Need a study market by Requesting quotations to Professionals

We start up a company. We are located in Spain. We print and engrave personalized stuff on medals, bronze, etc...
We purchased machines (3D printer, Engravement device, etc...) See the files attached.
We need someone who can contact professionals (FROM EUROPE ONLY!) and ask for a "Quotation" (in PDF format) proforma with the name of our company as the receiver of this quotation.
You can use europages.com or national yellow pages from Europe in order to find some professionals.
It is urgent and necessary to ask for "subvention" from the government.
So your job is easy:
1. Search in yellow pages or Google professional sellers of these devices (same brand or not, it doesn't matter. It just needs to be the same quality devices, same level, with a bit higher price).
2. Contact them by phone or by mail and ask for a quotation.
3. Forward the quotation to us
We need at least 2 quotations per device.
