I need a professional Market research

I am creating a software or an application for restaurants in order to save the waste food created from their raw materials. The software will be mainly regarding food waste management for restaurants. The company aims to reduce waste food. I want to make a market research to see the other business who are working in the same field especially in the middle east, Europe, africa, and US. I also want to know if these businesses are succeeding in their mission in reducing the food waste for restaurants or not. CGI Food waste manager is doing the same application but in north europe, so i need to know whether there are any other businesses like them or not, who are they, how are they getting paid (Do restaurants pay a subscription, or do they just buy the application once, or what exactly they type of payment they are using), and the worth of these companies.
