market research and online marketing £8 per hour

Hello I am a lawyer working in London and need support with my marketing campaign. I need help with a project that consists of two stages. Stage 1 is to carry out market research so that I can collect as much data as possible about possible marketing partners and clients by doing online research and completing tables (please see attached). Stage 2 is to email out the marketing information to approximately 200 - 300 contacts that have been identified. £8 per hour.
