Do a market research for the Egyptian market F&B

we are a central kitchen who want to be exposed in the F&B market of Egypt,producing smoked food, we want a market study and segments labeling, where we can decide where to be located and get to know the target audience , and expected pricing, putting in mind we will only have smoked food, previous work experience on Egyptian market is required.
