I'm looking for an expert in marketing strategies to help me sell Korean cosmetics in the Indian online market.

-after undesrtanding our current situation&direction, we need strategy to enter into the market.
our current situation&plan:
listing k-cosmetics(unregistered on CDSCO) on amazon and make sales to see market response
registering k-cosmetics on CDSCO and make a long term sales on/offline
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and our own shopping mall.
- The primary goal of this strategy is to boost brand awareness and generate leads, ultimately driving sales.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing strategies, particularly in the Indian market.
- Familiarity with the cosmetics industry would be a plus.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

we are looking for a member who can work with us, espeically in the area close to delhi, and who can be a manager level to control all of these by contacting with Korea side.
Short term, to find a long term manager level member, basically we request those strategy plan in this project. we will find a person after checking strategy provided.
