find a personal assistant

I am a Business Development Consultant who for the last ten years I have worked with my father in our financial and investment consultancy company in Switzerland. We are a family business and we mostly work in Europe. But lately we are considering expanding the company and also investing in the Asian market.
In the first place we thought of starting with Vietnam and Hong Kong. To carry out this enterprise I need a person to assist me in searching the market and to be my personal assistant. Because obviously how you can imagine having a local person in the team who speaks the language and knows the place is very important. And obviously with the story of Covid, travel for non-citizens like me is very difficult.
Saying that; in short words, I need to find a person who can help me in this enterprise, a person who speaks good English, who has the possibility and desire to collaborate with me and also have the possibility to travel from Vietnam to Hong Kong . (obviously all travel expenses are my responsibility). there will be a reward for the work done. We usually work with freelancers and pay our employees based on the hours and days they work.
