Job Description: Commission-Based Sales Agent
We are a reputable manufacturer and exporter of high-quality coconut shell charcoal, serving both domestic and international markets. We are seeking motivated and results-driven sales agents to join our team on a commission basis. As a sales agent, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new importers for our coconut shell charcoal products.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential importers of coconut shell charcoal in target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective importers, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our products.
Present product information, samples, and pricing to potential buyers.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and expansion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the export or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the coconut shell charcoal market and import/export procedures is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own sales pipeline.
Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, phone, and video conferencing.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language skills are an advantage).
