Virtual Assistant for Lead Research
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I lead Subi.io, a fast-growing Hungarian start-up that helps e-commerce companies make data-driven decisions. To keep our sales pipeline healthy I need a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant who speaks Hungarian and who is already comfortable with market research and information gathering.
The work centres on building a fresh target list every week. You will comb LinkedIn and company websites, capture the decision makers’ contact details plus their LinkedIn profile links, and enter everything accurately into our CRM. The weekly volume is 200–250 new profiles, which normally takes 15–20 hours.
Because the role is ongoing I value consistency, clean data, and clear communication. Written English is a bonus, as some of our outreach is international.
Deliverables each week
• Spreadsheet or CRM upload containing 200–250 company leader profiles
• For every profile: contact information and direct LinkedIn URL
• All fields double-checked for spelling, formatting, and duplicates
