Unique Carbonated Drink Formulations Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have just installed a 90-BPM carbonated-beverage line in South India and am now ready to develop signature drinks that will appeal to consumers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. My immediate interest is in mint-based, jeera-based and balanced mint-jeera blends, yet I am equally eager to explore any new, culturally resonant ideas you can bring to the table for the general public.
To move from concept to production I will need:
• A complete, reproducible recipe (ingredient percentages, processing steps, carbonation volumes).
• Guidance on sourcing flavours, concentrates or additives that are available—or can be shipped—to South India.
• FSSAI-compliant nutrition and label data.
• Stability and shelf-life parameters that hold up to ambient temperatures reaching 40 °C.
Acceptance criteria
1. Lab-verified formula that scales smoothly to my 90-BPM line without craft-only bottlenecks.
2. Pilot-batch protocol yielding at least 100 L for in-house trials.
3. Minimum six-month shelf life in PET (300 mL) or alternative packaging you specify.
If you have proven experience with Indian masala sodas, regional soft drinks or comparable R&D projects, let me know the highlights and your estimated timeline for delivering the first validated formula. I’m excited to collaborate and launch beverages that can become the next favourites across South India.
