My client is in the technology space and needs a clear, actionable view of where they can outperform the players already dominating their niche. I’m looking for a concise yet thorough competitor study that highlights immediate opportunities for improvement, rather than a generic market overview.
Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A shortlist of the five-to-seven most relevant tech competitors, with rationale for selection
• Side-by-side analysis of their product features, pricing models, marketing channels, messaging tone, and customer experience touchpoints
• Quantitative benchmarking (market share estimates, traffic metrics, social engagement) supported by credible, cited sources
• Insight section that translates the findings into at least three quick-win opportunities and three mid-term strategic recommendations for my client
• An executive summary slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and a detailed PDF report
I need the first draft within one week and final refinements wrapped up shortly after, so please respond only if you can start immediately and work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
