I want to buy a used thermal camera from Taobao (or any comparable Chinese marketplace) and need someone proficient in Chinese to help me do it.
Specifically, something along the lines of the Hikvision TB-4117-3/S cameras that were used in China during Covid to detect people with high body temperature.
I understand there are many now being sold off and tey cost around $40 each.
