Target users: Yalla users
Qualified User condition: One of the following conditions must be met
1. Room management: the owner or administrator of the top10 rooms in the monthly list, each user belongs to a different room (priority)
2. List of gift-takers: Ranked at Yalla Biillionaire and Top Gift-Tters with wealth level 30 or above
3. High top up group: or users in the past 6 months to top up more than 300 US dollars per month
4. Others: Users need to provide the following screenshots
-If the user is the room management, need to provide a video of "the room" record
-if the user is receiving gifts list crowd, need to provide a video of "my profile page" -If it is a high recharge user, need to provide a screenshot of the user's recharge proof
