Responsibilities:
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Define and segment the target audience to design effective marketing strategies.
* Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and traditional campaigns.
* Manage and execute marketing campaigns while monitoring performance continuously.
* Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work with different teams.
* Ability to provide case studies or examples of previous work demonstrating results.
