Sourcing Profitable Products For My Amazon Dropshipping Store

I'm looking to create another Amazon dropshipping store. The goal is to automate eventually but our priority as of now is consistent sourcing and listing of highly profitable products to sell on Amazon. We require quality, consistent suppliers from places such as Home Depot, Walmart, etc to ensure the supply chain on these products isn't an issue. We expect our VA to be well versed with market research, Amazon sales, e-commerce sales and tools and softwares that help source these products to list consistently. These products HAVE to sell very consistently on Amazon and have a good BSR (<20,000) to ensure the products aren't a waste to list. These products also must provide a net profit of <15-20% AFTER amazon fees. Please do not reach out if you don't have this skillset and aren't proficient with product sourcing. We expect you to be proficient with platforms like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc and can present us valuable data via spreadsheets. he goal is long-term employment but the value provided is imperative. We are looking to scale this store to 6-7 figures a month so we cannot waste time with those that haven't sold successfully on amazon or helped others sell very successfully on Amazon. Hourly rate will start as listed and is subject to increase depending upon the quality of work. Please attach any work you have as a reference that truly pertains to this endeavor.
