Key Responsibilities:
Account onboarding and debit card application processes mapping and testing with mBank
30 days activation communication tracking and taking notes
Performing few actiivities related to account active usage
Answering Satisfaction Surveys (in excel) paying attention to all details asked
Preparing necessary basic documentation (recordings & printscreens)
If applicable - Translation to English of most important pieces of information
