Singapore Market Expansion Specialist - payment based on results

We are looking for a results-driven Acquisition / Growth Specialist to expand the presence of SwissMailBox.com, with a strong focus on the Singapore market.
SwissMailBox provides international mail and parcel forwarding services, allowing customers worldwide to receive and ship goods from Switzerland.
This role is strictly focused on customer acquisition and revenue generation through channels not currently managed by our internal team. Please note that SEO and organic social media activities (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) are already handled in-house and are outside the scope of this position.
Your mission:
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies targeting the Singapore market
• Identify and leverage high-conversion acquisition channels (excluding paid advertising such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or other paying services, which we do not finance)
• Generate qualified traffic that converts into paying subscribers
We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the Singapore market, local consumer behavior, and alternative acquisition channels capable of delivering measurable results.
Compensation Model:
This is a fully performance-based opportunity designed for profiles confident in their ability to generate real paying customers.
• You will earn a recurring commission equal to 15% of the revenue generated through your dedicated referral link
• We provide a dedicated Stripe payment link connected directly to our domiciliation service plans, allowing precise tracking of customers and revenue generated from your efforts
• Commissions are calculated transparently and paid monthly by our accounting team
• There is no fixed salary or upfront payment — compensation is directly tied to performance and customer acquisition results
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing
• Ability to track, measure, and demonstrate results
• Strong understanding of at least one scalable acquisition channel
• Ideally, experience in cross-border e-commerce, logistics, forwarding, or international shipping services
