I’m ready to roll out a snacks-and-drinks vending machine and I need someone who can land the perfect high-traffic location for it. While offices, schools, and malls are obvious candidates, I’m open to any venue that draws a steady flow of visitors—airports, hospitals, transit hubs, tourist attractions, you name it—so long as the foot-traffic data backs it up.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Identify and shortlist at least three viable sites with clear, verifiable visitor counts and peak-hour patterns.
• Approach the property managers or owners, present the concept, and negotiate placement terms (rent, commission, contract length, utilities).
• Provide a concise report comparing each location—traffic metrics, demographic fit, estimated monthly sales, and projected ROI.
• Secure written permission or a draft agreement for the winning site so I can move straight to installation.
I’ll supply machine specs, power requirements, and product mix once we enter discussions. If you have experience in site acquisition, commercial leasing, or vending operations, I’d love to see examples of past placements or negotiations you’ve handled.
