Saudi Training Center Feasibility Study
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m commissioning a full feasibility study to evaluate the viability of launching a technical-skills training center in Saudi Arabia that focuses exclusively on hospitality and tourism. The facility is aimed at recent graduates who need job-ready, practical competencies that align with Vision 2030’s rapid expansion of the tourism sector.
Scope of work
• Market demand analysis: quantify current and projected demand for hospitality-focused technical skills among fresh graduates, using the latest Saudi labor data and tourism growth forecasts.
• Competitive landscape: map existing training institutes, benchmarking tuition, placement rates, curriculum depth, and accreditation status.
• Regulatory pathway: outline all approvals required from TVTC, Ministry of Tourism, municipal authorities, and any relevant licensing bodies.
• Site & capacity planning: recommend optimal city/region, facility size, and annual throughput, backed by demographic and accessibility metrics.
• Financial model: 5-year P&L, cash-flow, capex, and sensitivity analyses (occupancy, pricing, subsidy scenarios).
• Risk assessment & mitigation: staffing, regulatory delays, market shifts, and funding risks.
• Implementation roadmap: phased rollout with milestones, KPIs, and resource requirements.
Acceptance criteria
The final deliverable should be a professionally formatted report (Word + PPT) plus an editable financial model (Excel) that allows scenario tweaking. All figures must cite sources; assumptions need clear justification. Visuals—charts, tables, and heat maps—should be embedded where they aid decision-making.
If you have proven experience producing feasibility studies in Saudi Arabia’s education or tourism sectors and can deliver evidence-based, investor-ready documentation, this project is ready to move forward immediately.
