Sarjapura Casual Dining Research

Job ID: 39921102

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m preparing to launch a family-friendly casual dining restaurant in Sarjapura, Bangalore, and I want solid, on-the-ground intelligence before signing a lease. I need someone who can physically visit the area, observe the lunch-to-dinner crowd, speak with potential customers, and benchmark competing eateries to determine whether my concept can thrive here.

Here’s what the assignment involves:
• Map the existing casual dining landscape within a 3–4 km radius, noting cuisine type, average spend, table turnover, and queue times.
• Interview at least 20 local families—parents with kids who live, work, or study nearby—to understand dining frequency, preferred price points, cuisine gaps, and must-have amenities.
• Capture foot-traffic counts at three key time windows (weekday lunch, weekday dinner, weekend dinner) outside shortlisted sites.
• Collect rental quotes, carpet area, and frontage details for a minimum of five available properties suitable for a 60–80-cover outlet.
• Provide photos, short video clips, and a concise written report (PowerPoint or Google Slides is fine) summarising findings, opportunities, and risks.

Acceptance criteria: the report clearly identifies viable locations ranked by potential, includes raw survey data and observation logs, and offers a go / no-go recommendation supported by numbers.

If you’re comfortable roaming Sarjapura with a clipboard, camera, and an eye for detail—let’s talk.
