Sales and Marketing Representative for Training Provider
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to attract clients for our training programs.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the training team to ensure that training programs meet the needs of clients.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote our training programs and network with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results.
Salary: 8% of the training cost, to be paid after the delivery of the training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the training industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
