I’m preparing to launch a residential development and need a focused sales strategy report that I can present to stakeholders and my marketing team.

The document should concentrate on three core areas for this project’s sales phase:
• Target market analysis – identify and profile the buyer segments most likely to purchase, backed by demographic data and current demand trends.
• Sales channels – outline the mix of online and offline channels best suited to reach those buyers, explaining the rationale and expected reach for each.
• Pricing strategy – recommend an initial price band for the units, show how it positions us against comparable projects, and note any early-bird or tiered pricing ideas.
Format & Length
Keep the report concise (around 10–15 pages). Clear headings, brief commentary, and supporting charts or tables are preferred over lengthy narrative. Deliver the final file in Word or PDF.
