Residential Property Research & Communication

I'm in need of an assistant experienced in real estate, more specifically, residential properties. The role encompasses two primary tasks.

- Property Research and Analysis: The assistant should be comfortable with researching various residential properties, evaluating property value, and conducting comprehensive market analysis. This will involve utilizing several databases to compile information, so familiarity with database management is beneficial.
- Client Communication: Excellent communication skills are necessary as consistent interaction with clients, real estate agents, and other parties will form a significant part of this role.

The support is required for 10-20 hours weekly. A deep understanding of the residential property market and prior real estate experience is preferred.
