Research and create a spreadsheet with IT contract headhunters

I am looking for somebody with good research skills and at least basic understanding of the IT software engineering industry.

I need help with creating a list of headhunters (recruitment agents) who specialise in searching for people to work on contractual (B2B / business to business) basis.

Data requirements - headhunters must be:
- Based in the USA or Canada or the UK or Germany (no other countries)
- Have posted in the last 12 months a relevant advert (any online job listing board or LinkedIn)

Relevant advert must fulfil all of the below:
(1) Searching for REMOTE workers (not on-site)
(2) Searching for CONTRACTORs (not full time employment)
(3) Searching for either:
-------(a) backend software engineer - Go (Golang); or
-------(b) backend software engineer - Python; or
-------(c) DevOps / Cloud / Platform engineer (often mentioned keywords; AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Istio, Bazel, Bash, Terraform, CI/CD, automation etc.)

For each headhunter, write in the spreadsheet:
- company website (url)
- company name
- full name of the individual
- email address of the individual
- is it Go, Python or DevOps recruiter
- linkedIn address of the individual
- country of location of the individual
- link to the qualifying advert found (can be multiple different ones)

There are likely to be multiple individuals per company (agency).

I will need at least 100 names in the USA and 100 names in the UK. The more the better..
