Remote BDA & Senior BDA Jobs
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking to hire Business Development Associates and Senior Business Development Associates for TWOSS Learning Pvt. Ltd. This is a remote, work-from-home position with a working schedule of five days a week (Saturday and Sunday off).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Client Meetings: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Contract Negotiations: Collaborating with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Ideal Skills:
- Sales and Negotiation: Must be adept at convincing and persuading clients.
- Market Research: Should have the ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred Experience:
- Education and Training Industry: Prior experience in this sector will be given preference.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream is required. Candidates who wish to pursue an MBA alongside the job are preferred.
Compensation:
- The fixed CTC can go up to 4 LPA with an additional variable component of up to 3 LPA. For Senior BDA, the fixed CTC can go up to 5 LPA with the same variable component.
