Recruiter/Lead generation

We are looking for a Recruiter with knowledge/experience in Digital Marketing / Linkedin / Lead Generation to join our team.
We are a Startup, launched in 2020, based in the United States with offices in the United States and Colombia.
We are looking for proactive, dynamic people with great organizational skills, used to handling multiple tasks and with marked attention to detail.
It is a 100% remote and permanent job opportunity.
Roles and Experience:
Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the recruitment process: interviews, technical exams, presentation and closing of candidates.
- Assist in the organization of candidate interviews, candidate preparation and follow-up after their interviews.
-Research potential clients through online tools.
- Conduct negotiations with employers and begin the hiring process.
- Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the hiring process according to their needs.
What are we looking for?
- Advanced level of English. Level: C1 / C2
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter. Previous experience as a recruiter.
- At least 1 year of Lead Generation experience. Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great capacity for self-management.
What do we offer?
- 100% remote work.
- Flexible schedule. (40 hours per month guaranteed but flexible)
- Commissions of 20% on our product (commission of $ 500 USD for each sale generated).
