Recruit interview participants from United Kingdom and Hong Kong for an academic research in the banking field
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am a student from University of Sheffield looking to recruit participants for an online one-on-one interview for my master degree dissertation research titled “The Impact of Leadership Styles on Employee’s Commitment in the Banking Industry”.
The aim of the research is to look into the leadership styles that have been practised in the banking industry and to develop an understanding on which types of leadership has a more positive/negative effect on commitment. The purpose of the research is to explore how employees react under different types of leadership styles.
Recruitment criteria of participants
- Live and work in the United Kingdom or Hong Kong
- Currently working OR have worked for a company in the banking industry in the UK or HK for no less than one year.
*Participants are not require to have any relevant academic business knowledge on the research, everyone that is working in the banking industry in UK and/or HK can be the potential participants.
The interview will be a semi-structured interview that last around 45 minutes. The platform that will be using is Google Meet. Participants will be encouraged to describe their experience when working in the bank on topics like how the managers/seniors allocate tasks. They will be invited to share their feelings towards working in the bank, for example, why do you choose to work for the company. Participants are not required to answer any questions that are uncomfortable with. The session will be recorded and all the information will not be share with anyone besides the researcher themselves. All information will be kept in confidential.
A participant information sheet and a consent form will be given out to the participants.
I need someone to help with recruiting participants. I need around 8-10 participants for the interview. I would like your help to connect with potential participants and arrange an online interview with them. Or in the case that you are one of the potential participant that fits in the recruitment criteria, I would pay you for the interview based on your hourly rate. I need to have everything completed including all the interviews be finished before 10th August, 2023.
