Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisitions Manager Needed
Budget: $3 – $5 USD
I am a real estate wholesaler. I am looking to hire an acquisitions manager mainly to run comps and speak with potential sellers to get them under contract. But I would like to hire someone who can be an administrative leader to do skip tracing of leads, manage leads, and make suggestions to improve my real estate wholesaling business. Currently I have one cold caller (in the Phillipines) on my team.
You should be able to correctly identify motivated sellers. And you must definitely be able to run the numbers or comps, get the repair estimate and ARV and negotiate. You will be required to submit offers through DocuSign and when it's signed, you will help you in marketing the property on Facebook and other platforms. You will also assist with closing by reaching out to a title company.
