• Provide expert-level support for the Propli MLS platform to real estate agents.
• Assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and maximizing the platform's features.
• Research and identify new property developments to enhance our portfolio.
• Stay updated on market trends to align platform features with client needs.
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of the real estate sector (preferably with experience in the Costa del Sol/Costa Blanca markets).
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software systems.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
