Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify undervalued properties with significant potential for renovation and profit.
- Utilize various real estate databases, tools, and resources to assess property values and market trends.
- Visit potential properties, assess their condition, and evaluate renovation requirements and costs.
- Negotiate with sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to secure properties at or below 70% of their market value.
- Collaborate with our team of professionals, including contractors and architects, to develop renovation plans that optimize property value.
- Communicate and present findings, property analyses, and potential deals to our team for evaluation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate, property scouting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to identify properties with potential for renovation and profit.
- A keen eye for detail, able to assess property conditions, repair costs, and potential resale values accurately.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to secure deals that align with our 70/30 model.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in utilizing real estate databases, market research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.
