Opportunity Identification: Identify and recommend profitable property investment opportunities that fall within the predefined "sweet spot" criteria, considering factors such as location, market trends, and cost-effectiveness.
Data Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, potential risks, and projected returns on investment to stakeholders.
