Proactive Virtual Assistant for Solo App Developer

I'm looking for a highly proactive and independent virtual assistant to help me scale a fast-growing mobile app on the App Store. This role is not about managing calendars or inboxes — it's about helping me increase revenue (MMR), boost app performance, and free up my time to focus on development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify weak points or untapped opportunities in the app’s UX, UI, onboarding, or monetization
- Research competitors, keywords, ASO strategies, and market trends
- Propose and test ideas to improve retention, conversion, reviews, or store rankings
- Coordinate with freelancers (designers, copywriters, etc.) to execute improvements
- Track KPIs and prepare simple reports with actionable insights
- Constantly look for ways to automate tasks and simplify my workload
Ideal Profile
- Strong product sense and growth mindset
- Deep curiosity and self-sufficiency: finds problems and proposes solutions
- Experience with mobile apps, ASO, analytics, or product research
- Excellent written communication and ability to prioritize tasks independently
